Comme promis, voici mes looks préférés (en général, ça veut dire: quasiment tout les looks) de la nouvelle collection été de The Kooples. Je pense que c'est clair que je suis fan de cette marque depuis que je suis à Paris, et je ne pense pas que ceci va changer! :) Lequel est votre favori? Je suis tellement contente de finalement voir le Lookbook, je me souviens encore, quand je venais d'arriver chez eux ils ont encore fait les essayages...comme le temps passe vite. Bon, maintenant, je peux donc attendre avec plaisir la collection hiver, non? :)

As promised, my favorite looks (means, almost all the looks in general) from The Kooples. You all know that I've been a huge fan of the brand from the beginning on...hard not to notice on my blog! Which one is your favorite? I'm really happy to finaly see this collection in the Lookbook. I remember when I arrived there, the final fittings had already started and it all just seems to go so fast. Now I can look forward to the Fall/Winter collection!

J'ai pris cette photo accidentellement (comme les +/- 1000 autres aussi) au shooting The Kooples pour leur Lookbook et depuis ce moment c'est une de mes préférées. Regardez comme Sarah est belle dessus, c'est frustrant les filles qui sont TOUJOURS belles. Franchement, comment elles font? Bon, puisque je me suis déjà résignée d'avoir l'air superbe quand je me fais maquiller, faut d'ailleurs que je vous montre la preuve, mais pour le moment, on se contente de mon petit trésor ici. :)

Je vais poster mes looks préférées du Lookbook The Kooples bientôt, faut que je fasse un choix car j'adore tout!

I accidentally took this picture (and +/- 1000 others) a few months back at The Kooples Lookbook Shooting and it's one of my favorites. The expression on Sarahs face is priceless - she looks wonderful. I keep wondering how these girls do, they always look perfect. Even if they do nothing, like Sarah in this picture. I gave up on that one. Not doing nothing, but looking perfect while doing nothing. Proof for today would be my stylish combination of old "Hello Kitty" Ski socks and even older Juicy Couture pants in a horrible brown shade. I was 14 when I got them, okay? ...the pants, not the socks. Believe me, if you would see these pants you would understand what I mean with "ugly"! :)

Paris Menswear Day 2

Il fait super froid, t'es encore a moitié endormi, tu sais que ton lit est à moins de 5 minutes à pied. La question se pose pourquoi t'es venue, tout en repensant à ce sacré lit. Vous devez savoir, j'adore dormir, c'est le meilleur truc au monde. Alors pourquoi venir voir ce qui se passe chez Paul Smith?... Ah oui, car il y a de la bouffe.

J'avoue qu'après même pas 5 minutes je me rends compte qu'il est trop tard d'aller me recoucher car regarde, tout le monde est dehors et c'est juste pas normal de dormir jusqu'à 14h. (Mais si, mademoiselle a tendance de travailler jusqu'à 5h du matin.) Le froid me réveille, je vois plein de gens super sympas et j'ai le ventre bien rempli, je rigole un peu/beaucoup, j'observe, je me dis que je vais passer une journée super dynamique, hélas, peut-être même un tour en Vélib?

Tout ça était avant que je me suis couchée de nouveau une heure plus tard. :)

Conclusion: dangereux d'aller aux shows ou il y a de la bouffe et qui est proche du lit tellement adoré. Très dangereux! :)

Okay, it's freezing outside, literally too cold to move. Well, maybe not but you get the point. You're not even properly awake and you do also know that your bed is not even 5 minutes away from this location. So just after I arrived, it occured to me that I asked myself this strange question: Why am I here and not doing what I love most in my life? (That would be sleeping, yes.) Oh, of course, Paul Smith means food. And somehow after 10 minutes you realize that you simply can't go back to bed at 2pm. You just can't, even if you work until 5 am. I mean just look around: everyone is awake (obviously) and freezing (obviously too). After realizing that these arguments are NOT valid in any possible way, you quickly decide to not make a bike tour today (Me? On a bike? In Paris? Come on, it's too soon to die.) and after a very entertaining and interesting hour I went back to where I belonged that day: my bed! :)

Paris Menswear Day 1

Bon, j'ai tellement profité des soldes (sans acheter beaucoup bien évidemment) que j'ai totalement loupé la Men's Fashionweek, donc le weekend j'y étais. En fait, ce n'étaient pas les soldes qui m'empêchaient mais les horaires d'un certain endroit que je fréquente maintenant depuis environ 3 ans qui font que t'es marquée absente si tu viens 5 minutes en retard (allez, 10 ça va aussi, oui, vous avez le droit de rire maintenant). Alors, le weekend, entre un jury et une collection pour The Kooples (j'ai déjà dit que j'adore?) j'avais une petite demi-heure pour aller regarder ce qui se passe chez Ann Demeulemeester, sans rentrer trop tard bien entendu - eh, j'ai une vie à vivre, derrière mon bureau. Première petite pause de ce weekend, il y a une autre à venir bientôt! :)

En regardant la photo, je me suis rendue compte que je portais que des cadeaux: une veste Alexander Wang grâce à Laurent (merci encore, je vais l'encadrer, bon j'exagère mais elle est quand même superbe), une chemise Carven grâce à ma maman et des soldes exceptionnelles, un short The Kooples grâce à mon goût extraordinaire (hah!), un sac Alexander Wang grâce au père Noël, et un bracelet Tod's grâce a ma superbe capacité de piquer/emprunter un peut tout à ma mère! :)

Well in fact, it's not actually the "real" day 1, but my day 1. You know I was so busy buying all my dream clothes during the sales that I almost forgot going to the menswear shows. Well in fact, I didn't buy so much...and I have to admit that this time, I can't blame sales for my lack of "interest" in Fashionweek. It's mostly dued to a strange familiar (?!?) place I've been going to for now almost....3 years, you know you're not allowed to be late. (Makes me wanna go back to high-school, even there I felt more like an adult, and that means something 'cause I was such a baby, hah! I really was.) Okay, so I was super busy living my life behind my desk, working a bit for The Kooples (such a good collection for summer) and of course for school, but decided to take a break and go to the Ann Demeulemeester show to take a quick look, and here's the result. :)

I noticed, while looking at the picture, that all the things I was wearing were acutally gifts: Alexander Wang Jacket thanks to Laurent (so happy about that one, thanks again!), Carven Shirt thanks to my mum and amazing sales, The Kooples shorts thanks to my own good taste (hah!), Alexander Wang Backpack thanks to Santa, Cuff from Tod's thanks to my capacity to successfully "steal/borrow" things from mum. Thanks anyway! :)

Tout en refusant d'aller me coucher si tôt (il n'est que 3 heures du matin), j'ai fait ressortir mon petit côté mélancolique et je suis tombée sur cette photo d'il y a deux ans. Je me souviens, c'était lors d'une soirée super sympa avec une très chère amie à moi. Elle, comme tu m'as dit à Noël, Paris est super pendant le printemps, donc bouge-toi, j'ai besoin de quelques de tes dessins sur ma peau, j'ai tellement adoré celui-ci.

Finally Mine...

...but only for one evening! I've been craving this jacket from The Kooples for a long time and I had the opportunity to take it for a little walk to the Paris Metro (totally worth seeing, of course.) and back to work yesterday. I think I'm going to buy lots of awesome jackets in the future, which I can leave at the office, so that I can take a piece from The Kooples home every day. They can't let me go out like that without a coat/jacket/whatever you like! It's freezing, right? Would be too good to be true. Okay, let's stop dreaming, the jacket is back at the office, I'm happy I took at least one more or less crappy picture (8MP Camera, isn't it obvious?) just before going to bed. Yeah, that's why I look so tired! And take a good look at my eyebrows, you'll never see them again without make-up. (Except if The Kooples will lend me plenty of nice jackets for one evening!) :)

For all my dear readers (almost 700 in total, yay!), you might have noticed (of course you did) that I stopped writing in french due to a serious lack of time. I know, boring excuse. Let me know what you think, should I write in two languages again?

Back in Luxembourg for a short amount of time (with huge amounts of work, of course. Hey, what did you think?) and for the first time ever I decided to stay a bit longer, means I only took the train on saturday evening instead of friday evening immediately after school, man what a progress:) So let me think, what could you do on the first day of your vacation? I mean instead of working, come on it's the first day. Of course meeting a dear friend and do some serious shopping. So TingTing (who has the most amazing haircut btw, have to show you!) and I met to go to Maison Martin Margiela, where they had the most amazing stuff, I wanted to buy litteraly everything but we ended up only with a few things, and as you can see, I finally got my beloved heels I wanted so badly!! So now, my dear friends, I have a solid new decoration for my tiny apartment. No, walking on them is not even an issue at the moment, you know how I love heels, but not on my feet. (am I strange?!) So, all of this only to tell you that a) vacation is going to be busy but great, b) I had a wonderful day and c) yay! I finally have THE shoes.

P.S.: don't even ask why there's a coffee machine in the right corner of the picture.

Let me show you the lovely pictures my luxembourgish friend Sophie took outside the wonderful Chanel venue. In fact she's doing an internship here in Paris and her boss decided to let her go to Fashion Week that morning. I won't even bother saying that we're not allowed going there - and I'm acutally studying fashion, makes that any sense?! So instead of staying home and being grumpy about the fact that I'm acutally not allowed, I decided to go anyway, as every season! Come on, it's twice a year and so exciting! Sophie was, of course, delighted, and so am I to show you the pictures she took. Fashion Week Impressions

Vous le savez sûrement, j'ose toujours (oui, toujours!) pas vraiment prendre des photos aux sorties des défilées, donc chaque saison je me contente des photos (presque) toujours magnifiques des bloggeurs, et de faire des petits photos "souvenirs" avec mon iPhone. Normalement je les garde pour moi car la qualité n'est pas énorme, mais cette fois-ci je me suis dit: pourquoi pas les poster quand-même? Donc voilà, mes photos "souvenirs". Alors je vous explique: la première montre l'état plus ou moins misérable des bloggeurs à la fin d'une longue journée (et d'un long mois pour eux!!), il faisait tellement chaud on se posait juste sur les éscaliers et regardait les gens se précipiter vers le défilée Sonia Rykiel un peu plus loin. Bon, la belle femme sur la deuxième n'a pas besoin d'introduction je pense, j'ai tellement adoré ses chaussures MiuMiu (ça vous étonne, je sais.) et le fait qu'elle se prenait tellement de temps pour les photographes!...bon en même temps, avec cette robe, on n'avance pas si vite que ça. Numéro 3, c'est simple: Sandra m'a donné son invitation pour le défilé Céline, car je les collectionne. Ouais. En attendant que je reçois mes propres invitations je collectionne celles des autres:) Et la quatrième photo montre encore un état misérable, cette fois-ci de mes chaussures au bout de 10 minutes aux tuileries, ça vaut toujours une photo "souvenir" :)

As you might now, I don't usually take pictures myself during Fashion Week ( I started slowely last menswear) but sometimes I just have to take a few snaps of situations I particulary like, so here are the ones of this season. Usually I keep them to myself since they are only iPhone photos, but this time, I changed my mind:) So here we go: The first one shows the consequences of the heat on the bloggers at the Sonia Rykiel Show ( it was painfully hot!!), the woman on the second one does not need any introduction I think, I just loved the MiuMiu shoes and the fact that she posed so long for the photographers! Number 3 shows me as a proud owner of a Céline invitation (loved the layout!!), another one in my collection. (Until I get my own ones, I collect the ones of other people hah.) And 4 is typical: after a few minutes at the tuileries, your shoes look like that. Anna Dello Russo's dress did as well btw :)

Comme je vous avais dit, beaucoup de gens m'ont demandé ce que je portais sur la photo qui a été publiée dans le september issue du Vogue américan, donc voici un petit flashback pour - devinez quoi - vous montrer ce que je portais justement ce jour. Donc Vanessa et moi, après Hermès et après avoir eu froid pendant environ...toute la journée (non mais la torture vous imaginez même pas....non, je ne vais pas commencer à me plaindre par rapport à la fashion week mais il fait toujours trop froid!) on a décidé de faire un petit shoot pour...avoir moins froid? un passe-temps pour l'oublier? Bein en tout cas pour l'histoire du froid éternel, ça n'a pas marché, par contre les images sont impeccables comme toujours!

Je porte: Perfecto April77, écharpe,short et chemise The Kooples (mais vous n'avez pas marre de lire sur chaque post que je porte the Kooples? serieux.), sac Alexander Wang, chaussures Zara, chaussettes et collants American Apparel.

As I told you, many people asked me about the outfit that was printed in the september issue of vogue US, so I decided to do a little review of what I was wearing that day, to be precise it was last fashion week, I was freezing after the Hermès Show so Vanessa and I decided to go to the park and to shoot some pictures. So here's the result! (I was still freezing after that one.)

Un petit coucou tout en travaillant sur une de mes illustrations mortelles (j'espère en tout cas, qqn peut le dire à mon prof?), je viens juste de terminer celle-ci et elle s'appelle Smilla. Voilà, je donne des noms à mes caractères, et puis Smilla veut dire "Neige", je me disais que le nom collait plus ou moins bien. Devinez pourquoi, hah.

En plus, je m'excuse encore une fois (je le fais regulièrement, boff!) pour le manque de nouvelles sur mon blog, la fac vient de recommencer et en général je suis plutôt morte les deux premières semaines, question de s'habituer un peu au rythme encore plus avancé, au profs encore plus...."exigeants" (comme ils l'appellent gentiment,hah.) et au fait que je ne suis plus en salle 1-2 mais en 1-3, le bordel quoi :)

Et finalement, merci à tout les gens qui m'ont informé que le vogue américain avait choisi une image d'un shooting que j'avais fait avec Vanessa Jackman la saison dernière après le défilé Hermès. Il faisait trop trop froid, mais si vous voulez je vous montrerais quand même mon rire forcé sur les photos, j'avais déjà dit qu'il faisait vraiment froid, oui? En tout cas, à bientôt pour la Fashion Week à Paris! xx

...some illustrations for uni. I just finished this one with this very pale and blurry girl, I called her Smilla. Yes, my characters do have names, and yes, Smilla means snow in case you wondered, hah. I just thought that name would be...appropriate for some (more or less) obvious reasons.

Sorry for my lack of posting at the moment, every time uni starts again my heart stops beating and I only get used to all this new stuff after a few weeks, the massive amount of work already at the beginning doesn't make things better, but I bet I will be back again for Paris Fashion Week!

btw: thanks for all your news about Vogue US September Issue where they chose one of Vanessa Jackmans pictures of the shooting we did after Hermès Last Fashion Week (I remember, it was sooo cold!) If you want to, I can make a post about that outfit very soon! xx

Fashion Week Faces Part 2

Je vous présente la deuxième partie des photos que Daytona a pris aux sorties des défilées lors de la dernière fashion week. La dernière fois qu'on s'est vu il m'a remontré des tonnes et des tonnes de nouvelles qu'il avait pris lors de la fashion week haute couture (je vous jure ils pesaient au moins 3 kilos;), donc vous vous imaginez bien qu'il a fallu que je fasse un petit, grand, énorme, gigantesque tri, et voici mes favorits! La toute première d'Elly Jackson de La Roux est tellement belle, j'adore ses cheveux et je me souviens trop bien quand je suis arrivée en retard au défilé Viktor & Rolf et que Daytona me disait que Elly venait de passer. Non mais je rêve quoi. Ma chanteuse préférée (ou un truc comme ça) passe et moi je suis en retard. Heureusement il a pu l'attraper en photo car la voir sortir c'est pas évident non plus si on a la tête dans l'air comme moi. Je ne le vous raconterais même pas! :) Après il y a les deux avec Sasha et Natasha, les deux tops des tops, non mais plus belles que des poupées, même sans photoshop. C'est frustrant ça. Bref, c'était après le défilé Chanel et je me souviens que Daytona courait dans tous les coins du Grand Palais ( il y en a beaucoup ) pour les trouver. Elles étaient adorables et puis, il y a, sur la deuxième photo, cet effet de bande blanche qui vient probablement du fait que monsieur n'utilise pas un Canon 5D mais un appareil photo jetable. Ce petit défault rend la photo déjà parfaite encore plus parfait que parfait. (je raconte quoi ?!)
Et puis ma favorite absolue: Celle de Hanne, la toute dernière ici dans ma série, j'adore son regard et les couleurs. Et puis, cette photo est mon fond d'écran depuis que je l'ai vu la première fois. Et elle y restera!

So here is the second part of my friend Daytonas pictures he takes at the venues of paris fashion week. I chose a personal "best of" and I think these are my absolute favorites! I love the one he took of Elly Jackson from La Roux, I was so nervous seeing her outside Viktor&Rolf since I'm a huuuuge fan. Well, I arrived late to be honest, so Daytona told me that she just walked in. Now that's what you call luck: your favorite singer right there and you...somewhere between the bed and the metro. I saw her running out as well, but I was, as usual too late, my head in the clouds. Anyway, since Daytona is probably the fastest boy on earth: thanks for the picture! And her hair was just fabulous, as usual. (Do I need to mention this every time?) The two with Sasha Pivovarova and Natasha Poly are so joyful - I remember this was after the Chanel Show. I especially like the fact that the second picture actually has this little white default, dued to the camera. Btw, the very last picture is my absolute favorite. Hanne looks amazing on it, this one is acutally my desktop background, thanks to Daytona and his talent to make models (and everyone else) stop and smile. Even Anna Wintour, yes.

Alors je m'excuse d'avance: je suis tellement stressée à relaxer pendant mes vacances que écrire du texte...plutôt pas. Vous voyez le truc? Dès qu'on quitte l'école on se dit: j'aurais plein de temps pour faire ceci et cela, en fait tout, et à la fin on fait rien du tout à part de se reposer. Ca fait du bien de temps en temps, en plus il faisait super beau ici....l'excuse ultime quoi. Donc à part de faire des tours en ville, de faire des aller-retours entre la télé et le frigidaire, dormir beaucoup trop, faire de la concurrence extrème niveau paresse aux chats et just profiter a fond pour recharger les batteries, je vous présente ces chaussures de rêve! Bon un peu kitsch sur les bords mais de temps en temps on l'adore, excusez-moi je reste quand même une fille! Pendant mon petit sejour à Paris il y a quelques jours (c'était pour un shooting, faut que je vous montre!) je pense que j'ai déjà fait tout les boutiques et corners Miu Miu de tout Paris pour les essayer sans mes ridiculiser trop (genre la meuf qui passe 5 fois pour essayer une paire de chaussure pendant 3 heures sans l'acheter après, vous voyez le truc?)

Bref en fin de compte: quel couleur acheter? quel modèle? Bon, faut pas que je vous l'explique, "acheter" veut dire si j'arrive a trouver assez de sous sous le canapé pour pouvoir les acheter sans me sentir trop trop mal!...surtout car je vous ai déjà expliqué comment j'adore, mais oui, porter des talons. Mais bon, elles sont aussi belles autant que déco? Pour mettre des bougis à l'intérieur?Des pailles?Couverts? J'en sais rien, je pourrais vous trouver des millions de raisons pour les acheter car, et oui je me repète, elles sont juste tellement belles que c'est plutôt un bel objet que une paire de chaussures qu'on veut porter. (Mon Dieu faut pas les salir...ça s'annonce vraiment bien.) Alors si quelqu'un sait comment porter des chaussures sans les salir, faut qu'il m'explique, sinon je vais juste les encadrer.

Okay, first thing: excuse me for the lack of posts and for the fact that I've been a bit lazy when it comes to writing lately ;) I'm just so busy relaxing, you know? It's always the same thing: Last schoolday, you swear yourself that you can post every day, do this and do that and in the end: nothing! (A part from chillin' like hell...+ the weather has been great lately. I know it's not an excuse.) So apart from walking around, do some shopping(...not that much), moving from the couch to the kitchen and back, and sleeping more than my cats, I'm going to present you these beauties! I know, that was quite an introduction for a pair of shoes. Aren't they super cute? All the glitter going on, the colours, I know it's a bit kitsch but I'm still a bit of a girl ;) So during my short trip to Paris a few days ago ( I went there for a shooting, have to show you soon!) I think I went to all the MiuMiu shops and corners I could find, just to try these on without going back to the same store everytime. They would probably think that I'm crazy trying on their whole shoe collection for hours, without actually buying something but coming back 10 more times to do exactly the same thing! You know what I mean? :)
So which colour should I get? Do you have a favorite? By "getting" them actually means: If I find enough coins under the couch to buy them without feeling too guilty. Because you know how much I love heels and how often I wear them. Well they could just be decoration as well? I think I would be totally scared to wear them anyway, first of all because I would be totally afraid to not fall on my face, secondly because I would be horrified if they would actually get dirty or something. Somebody knows how to wear shoes without scratching them or something? Especially in the streets of Paris? If not, I'll just put a frame around them :)

Je n'ai pas pu resister à la tentation (ohlala toujours la tentation, aussi quand on achète des chaussures?...pardon, des sacs?) de vous montrer quelques images du shooting qu'on a fait il y a quelques jours, car c'était LE jardin juste parfait, avec un temps de merde, bref. Donc on oublie le temps déguelasse qu'il faisait, j'ai fait exprès de juste choisir les images où il y avait un petit rayon de soleil qui venait nous dire bonjour;) Vous voyez, pour qu'on se dise: ça fait trop vacances d'été quoi. Personne peut deviner le thème du shooting en regardant les photos? Pour les nuls: en fait la piscine est en relation directe avec le thème, juste qu'il faisait trop froid pour l'utiliser. En même temps je ne vais pas me plaindre, on était quand-même pas en manque de place et bien entouré, j'ai même pas compté les jardiniers qui passaient régulièrement ni les chiens qui venaient, à leur tour, aussi régulièrement nous dire bonjour, mais le petit Teckel Lolita était juste trop mignon, j'avais exactement le même quand j'étais petite. Juste en moins mignon on dirait. Voilà, voici vous avez "random information" numéro 10000 et quelques. Bref: je regarde par la fenêtre aujourd'hui, je vois mon petit jardin typique pour les maisons de ville, et j'aimerais trop retourner prendre un peu de soleil entouré de chiens trop mignons, car au moins aujourd'hui, il y a un peu plus de soleil que la semaine dernière! :)

I couldn't resist posting some of these beauties for you. Look at this garden! We did a little shooting over there and I just fell in love with the ambiance, even if the weather was really really shitty...okay, not nice. Could have been worse but still. So look, I only chose the pictures where the sun was shining so that you guys can actually see the "hey, I'm having the perfect vacation" part of it, without the rain:) Did that work out? And, does somebody know the theme of the shooting just by looking at the pics? Little hint: the pool has something to do with it, but we couldn't shoot in it since the water was kinda freezing....but I won't complain, we had enough place right around the pool, plus some very nice gardeners constantly running around and: dogs, lots of dogs! Yes, I'm such a fan. Believe me, living with 2 cats is not really exciting, especially if they are getting older (and fatter, and lazier.) So, there was this really nice teckel called Lolita, I just had to take a photo of her since a) she was so cute b) because she looks exactly like the dog we had a long time ago, Tecky.
So looking out of my window today and seeing our tiny little garden, I just wished going back and actually try out the pool, since the weather was perfect for it. Maybe next time! :)

Je vous envoie un petit bonjour du Luxembourg (ou il n'arrête pas de pleuvoir!!!), je viens de me réveiller (ok, je suis réveillée depuis...quelques heures déjà en effet) mais je me suis dit que je vais me bouger en ville pour boire un chocolat chaud trop bon (mais trop!) et après je vais probablement bloquer comme un nerd éééénorme devant mon nouveau jeu playstation. Oui, j'ai une playstation ( je corrige: mon père a une playstation.) et je joue parfois ( je corrige encore: j'aime regarder les autres jouer et les engueuler dès la moindre faute. Comme en voiture, c'est génial.) Donc pour ces vacances, j'ai choisi "Alice: Madness Returns", j'ai quand-même attendu 11 ans pour la deuxième partie. Pour tout ceux qui se posent la question: oui, j'ai joué ce jeux quand j'avais 10 ans, hardcore à fond quoi. (je corrige: mon père a joué devant notre gros windows 98 qu'on avait à l'époque, moi j'ai gueulé à côté.)
Pour tout ceux qui se demandent ce que c'est ce jeu: en gros c'est le contraire de la version Disney, disons pas "sympa" du tout.
Voilà, maintenant vous savez tout. Ah non j'ai oublié, à part d'American McGees "Alice" il y avait aussi les Sims. Vous aussi vous avez eu une phase sims? Et pour tout ceux qui sont carrément forts: qui a réussi, comme moi, de télécharger autant de meubles sur internet que l'ordi ne s'allumait plus du tout? Qui les a laissé bruler dans leur cuisine? Et qui leur a enlevé les toilettes? Bon j'arrête, mais franchement sims c'est génial quand on est frustré... La belle nostalgie.

P.S.: Une question que les gens aiment poser: : Oui, "Alice au pays des merveilles" est mon film Disney préféré - je dis merci à American McGee!

A quick hello from Luxembourg, I just woke up (the first picture kinda shows that, right?!) and now I'm rushing to town to drink a delicious hot chocolate, even more delicious if it rains outside (it does!), and later I will have plenty of time left to play a bit of Alice: Madness returns. Yes, I do play playstation! Or: I like watching people play the game for me and I love getting angry everytime Alice "dies". Okay, so I don't really play myself, but "I" have to get through this game since I've played the first one 11 years ago with my dad and it stayed in my head as the best one ever. Besides Sims. God I spend days and days playing Sims, downloading so much furniture that my computer crashed after 10 minutes! Ahh, that's what I like calling holidays:)

J'adrore cette image prise en dehors de chez Lanvin, je l'ai trouvé par hasard et j'ai directement accrochée. On observe notamment la jolie transparence de mon haut(toute une philosophie, ohlalala). Okay, c'était la dernière, je vais vous laisser tranquils avec des images qui includent mon pantalon bleu. Promis. Mais celle-là, elle est superbe non?(maintant faut que vous dites: oh oui, j'aimerais bien en voir encore des tonnes.)Vous comprenez l'idée?Comme je suis rusée. Ok, je me tais.

Je dis Adieu à Paris pour, j'espère, pas longtemps et je prie pour que les c*** à côté finissent de taper avec un marteau géant contre mon mur. Au moins ça, ça rend le départ au Luxembourg déjà plus agréable:) J'arrive pas à croire que cette année scolaire soit déjà finie. Le temps passe tellement vite!

Mais quel coté melancholique alors. "Yeaaaahhh c'est les vacaaaaances ça y est 2 mois d'ennuie tragiquement intergalactique wohooo la joie énorme mega super." Voilà la version plus positive/normale de chez 3/4 de la population. Bon, je reste sur la version mélancholique.

I love this black&white picture shot outside the Lanvin show, I found it randomly on the internet and totally fell in love. The transparency of my top seems so nice with the light. And yes, I'll stop showing you images from Lanvin (soon.), I spammed you enough with that one, ha. :) Hope you like it tho...okay promise that I won't bother you anymore with this pair of blue jeans. In case you did not notice, you should answer right now: "oh no please we love them."...or something like that. You get the plan/idea/whatever, I'm a true mastermind. Okay I'll shut up now:)

So it's my last day in Paris, I'm catching a train at 2 p.m and I really don't want to leave, I can't believe that this year is over already! Okay, even if I will miss Paris, let's try the normal/positive version of this: "yeahh 2 months of intergalactical boredom, nothing, really nothing to do, sounds like tons of fun!!"...I'll stick with my melancholic version.

Paris Men's Fashion Week Day 3

La dernière journée de la fashion week je me suis lancée avec mon magnifique top de chez Margiela pour aller chez Lanvin, mais top chrono après 5 petites minutes j'ai constaté qu'il faisait juste trop trop chaud et puis voir les mannequins torse-nu je me suis dit: mais comme ils ont raison les gars! Je suis donc vite rentrée et j'ai pris le plus léger possible: mon tank top de chez american apparel, et puis, c'était juste parfait: J'avais presque plus chaud (presque), j'ai parlé à plein de gens sympas, et finalement j'ai passé une dernière journée pleine de sourires. Vive la fashion week homme!

P.S.: D'ailleurs, le fait que les deux couleurs sont absoluement identiques m'échappait totalement quand j'ai vite pris ce petit haut chez moi, ça me faisait bien marrer plus tard quand je l'ai remarqué. C'est ça la beauté des tenues spontanées, ce sont toujours les meilleures!

Last day of men's fashion week - first in a mood for my favorite Margiela top for the Lanvin show and after 5 minutes and seeing all the male models topless I was running home to get something more comfy and lighter for such a nice day with nice people and nice conversations. Can't wait for next men's fashion week to come!

P.S: Lots of people asked me: I was in a total hurry when I chose this tanktop, I did not pay attention to the colours and noticed later, on my way out that the colour of the trousers and my AA- tanktop were totally the same. That's the best thing about spontaneous outfits - they are always the funniest and the best ones!

Je pense que tout le monde qui a fait la Fashion Week cette saison a forcément croisé Daytona avec sa petite caméra jetable. Il a couru, couru, couru, et en voyant le résultat je me disais: A la fin, il a bien fait de courir dans tous les sens pour prendre en photo toutes ces personalitées qui rendent la Fashion Week si unique. My early birthday gift.

J'adore les cadeaux pour mon anniversaire que je reçois 14 jours avant, vous savez pourquoi? Car au Luxembourg, chercher un cadeau d'anniversaire avec moi ça se termine obligatoirement chez Sandro. Et puisque là j'ai enfin craqué pour mon pantalon pyjama super grattant, il y a, comment dire, plus rien, nada, nichts, mitte midagi, intet, guer an glaat naicht qui reste. Bon, là avec ce choix de langues je pense que vous avez compris. Alors je résume: Au luxembourg, soit tu vas chez Zara ou H&M, mais pas en moment de soldes, ou tu te tapes des sacs Vuitton/Gucci, voir des Louboutins. Définitivement pas mon truc, parlons même pas du budget. On fait quoi alors? On me surprend avec cette sublime bague YSL, puisque je ne quitte plus celle en argent que j'avais acheté il y a pas si longtemps que ça. Merci beaucoup pour ce cadeau qui me fait tant plaisir, et joyeux anniversaire à toi aussi...oui car demain, c'est mon cadeau qui va être ouvert! :)

I love my usual birthday gifts I receive 2 weeks before my actual birthday. Yes, that's how it works, but I had to say the earliest birthday gift ever was 6 months before the acutal day. No kidding. So anyway, why this? It's simple: looking for a good birthday gift in Luxembourg is like looking for the impossible. Usually everybody ends up at Sandro but since I've bought my wonderful scratchy silk trousers, nothing to buy anymore. And now? Okay you could go to Zara or H&M, but not during the sales, or buy lots of Gucci/Vuitton bags, or what about Louboutins? No, please, not my thing, and let's not start talking about the budget.

So the ultimate solution: Since nothing, nada, nichts, rien is left, people like buying my presents here in Paris, like this wonderful YSL ring I got a few days ago, since I barely take off the silver one anymore. This is such a nice present, and : Happy Birthday to you too...since tomorrow, yes, someone is going to open my present!:)

Paris Men's Fashion Week Day 2

Après mon premier look et ma première disupute avec mon pantalon de chez Sandro ( = ça gratte, et puis ça bouge trop, pas bien.) le jour d'avant, le deuxième je me suis dit que vaut mieux mettre un short. En plus on crevait de chaud, donc ça m'arrangeait bien. Arrivée chez Cerruti j'ai fait un peu de sightseeing (les mannequins sur le balcon, vous voyez l'idée?...oui on voyait aussi la madeleine, accessoirement.) et je pense que Daniel de Stockholm Streetstyle était fortement inspiré par mon coté touriste trop charmant, donc pour le souligner il m'a positionné sur une Vespa et le resultat est plutôt pas mal du tout; on dirait le petit gosse qui va à l'école. Alors mon nouveau accessoire préféré, ce serait alors une petite Vespa?...bon faudrait peut-être commencer avec le permis Anne-Catherine, mais je la garderais en tête celle-là.

So this is what I was wearing for my second day at fashion week, waiting outside at Cerruti. After I was deadly busy with my Sandro Pants the first day (I actually hated them for moving tooo much, the silk was driving me crazy!) I decided to wear my good "old" Kooples Shorts, since they are so much more comfy. Plus it was boiling hot outside, nice idea Anne-Catherine. So I was standing outside Cerruti, as mentioned, and while doing some sightseeing (models on the balcony + la madeleine - but not that interesting) Daniel from Stockholm Streetstyle decided I would perfectly match with that Vespa, and oh look! I'm the perfect little schoolboy. I think my next accessory will be a Vespa....wait there's something missing: my drivers license. But I'll keep that idea in mind, good one.

J'ai pris des photos!! La première fois! Vous aimez? Alors je vous explique: je me suis dit qu'il faut tester l'appareil de ma mère au moins une fois et après avoir vu la photo de Daniel de Stockholm Streetstye montrant les garçons marcher vers le métro avec leur regard super fixé et leur styles vestimentaires tellement personnels, j'ai trop regreté de ne pas avoir pris mon appareil. Donc pour le défilé Cerruti, je l'ai enfin pris et je me suis regalée quand j'ai vu tout les mannequins entre les defilés sur le balcon (on fume des clopes et on boit de la bière entre les shows, bien évidemment!)

Et puis, il y avait Paul Smith, et c'était juste parfait - Il faisait bien bien chaud (trop chaud?!) et puis il y avait des glaces - gratuites! Je me suis donc approchée des garçons qui étaient juste magnifiques. De plus, ils étaient trop sympas, j'étais bien heureuse de les rencontrer (le truc trop parfait quoi? Oui, je me suis dit la même chose!). Et puis avant tout, je vous le demande, aimez-vous l'idée que je prenne plus de photos moi-même? En tout cas, j'espere que vous aimez bien cette petite série! :)

Here are some pictures I took during Men's Fashion Week, I just felt like giving a try since I've never used my mum's camera before. Do you like the result? It felt strange to go from just looking at people to taking their pictures, but I kind of liked it, what do you think, should I take my own pictures more often during fashion week? The first picture is just genius - I think it's Daniel from Stockholm Streetstyle who took it after Lanvin when we were all walking to the next metro station. I love all the different but yet focused facial expressions as well as the various clothing styles.

The second picture was between the two Cerruti shows, where all the boys were standing on the balcony - It just felt like such a good picutre so I wanted to share it with you!

All the other pictures were taken at Paul Smith, where the ambiance was so good - Ice Cream and just very relaxed boys, I liked how nice they were to me (even if I was a bit shy!) and I really enjoyed talking to them. Hope you like my impressions! :)

Paris Men's Fashion Week Day 1

Voici alors, je vous présente en exclusivité totale, mon look de ma première journée. Pourquoi en exclusivité? Vous ne voyez pas? C'est en slow motion. Trop bien d'avoir des photographes autour de toi qui sont synchro, comme Tommy et Nam. Bon j'étais donc assise devant le centre Pompidou, en regardant les beaux gosses et la foule à l'intérieur (oui, même les mecs qui te montrent ta place sont super beaux.) tout en écoutant de la musique et en arrangeant mon pantalon Sandro qui m'énervait toute la journée. Bon, on s'est réconciliés après. J'aurais dû m'asseoir près de Gareth Pugh qui prenait un petit drink avec sa meute trop goth/cool/futuriste etc. juste derrière moi. Joli contraste, vous voyez l'idée.

Je me suis donc vite séparé de mon pantalon pour les autres jours et aujourd'hui c'est déjà la dernière journée. Je viens de rentrer de chez Lanvin où il faisait trop chaud et où les mannequins étaient en pleine forme et super sympas, tous en train de boire leur petite bière ou leur jus d'orange. Avec de la vodka dedans, sous-entendu, on ne rigole pas à la fashion week. Spécialement pas avec les garçons; soit ils boivent soit ils sont en train de détruire un truc (petite porte de métro?) ou de s'émerveiller devant une jolie voiture. Des mecs entre eux quoi. Je fais donc une petite pause et après je vais voir Paul Smith et Thom Browne, ésperons que nos mannequins tiennent encore la route avec leur jus d'orange d'enfer.

J'éspère que vous avez une bonne journée et pour toutes les personnes au Luxembourg: have a good Rock a Field!

So here was my first outfit for men's fashion week - in slow motion. I was waiting outside for the Givenchy Show and was super busy listening to some gooood music, arranging my pants and just looking around (that's what I'm usually doing at fashion week) when Tommy and Nam decided to take some seriously cool pictures, but wait, do they ever take pictures that are NOT cool? So there you got the answer. I think I should have moved a bit tho, just next to me Gareth Pugh and his super cool/dark/grunge/exclusive wolfpack where having drinks. Would have been a nice contrast.

So anyway, today is the last day and I just came back from Lanvin where everyone was boiling because it's so hot outside and models where super nice while drinking their orange juice. With Vodka, do I need to precise that? It's funny watching them, they are like typical little boys together, it's all about beer, destroying something ( a metro door, anyone?) and looking at super nice cars...boys stuff, you know.

I'll show you pictures from my other outfits soon, now I'm going to relax a bit before Paul Smith and Thom Browne.

Allez, cette semaine c'est la men's fashion week, ma fashion week préférée car c'est beaucoup plus décontractée et en plus il y a moins de gens que chez les femmes....en plus il fait tellement beau dehors, en gros: je me prépare à des moments agréables avec plein de gens intéressants aux défilés!

Un petit bonjour du Luxembourg, ou je passe mon weekend prolongé, faut fêter la fin du premier examen, non?! Alors je vous explique, au Luxembourg je porte que des vêtements super vieux car tout ce qui est récent je l'embarque directement en direction Paris, donc c'est toujours sympa de retrouver des vieilles tenues, allez, je vais me lever a 7:00 demain matin et aller au lycée dans cette tenue. Juste pour les souvenirs. Ahh la nostalgie.

J'espère que vous allez passer une bonne fête de la musique, ou si vous restez à la maison: que vous ne soyez pas trop emmerdés. Chez moi, par exemple, toute ma rue c'est mise à chanter. Là, je suis encore ravie (quel phénomène, une chorale géante!) mais dans 30 minutes au plus tard je vais être emmerdée à mort devant mon boulot et ma télé avec le volume à 33 au lieu de 8, je le sens. Allez, je vais sortir chanter /faire semblant de chanter avec, même avec 33 de volume je ne comprends rien.

Je porte une chemise vintage, un pantalon Cheap Monday, des chaussures Zara, une broche de Rosina Wachtmeister, des bagues vintage, Dior et H&M et un montre dont j'ai oublié la marque. J'en étais persuadée, obligatoire que j'oublie un truc.

Little hello from Luxembourg, it's been a while! I've been in Paris for over a month now dued to my exams, but the first one is over now and I decided to go back home for a longer weekend, tell me I deserved it! (food, finally some decent, good fooood!! Thanks mum. I know I have to learn how to cook. Yes.)

Let me tell you, back home I keep wearing very old clothes (since all my recent ones are in Paris), but I kind of like this old, old look. I think the pants are coming to Paris with me. And tomorrow: lets wake up at 7:00 am and go to college in this look. Ahh, memories....

I hope that you will have a nice, loud, dancy night with lots of music! And to all those who are going to stay in: don't be too bugged - look at me, I'm enjoying this little private gig. Until now. My whole street is singing outside, a giant choral, so lovely. I bet that in 30 minutes, the latest of course, I will be furious in front of my work and my television with sound on 33 instead of 6. Okay, i think I'm going to join them outside and switch off that TV. Sounds like a good plan to me.

I'm wearing a vintage shirt, Cheap Monday jeans, Zara flats, a Rosina Wachtmeister brooch, Vintage/H&M/Dior rings and, yes, I forgot the brand of the watch, as usual.

Voilà voilà enfin ma bague YSL dont je vous avais parlé il y a quelque temps. Comme vous voyez, je n'ai pas vraiment pu me décider entre celle en or et en argent, donc j'ai pris les deux en un ;) J'adore le contraste entre la pierre et le métal, en plus, pratique pour les parresseuses, ça marche avec tout. Et, question pour un champion, quelqu'un sait deviner mon livre préféré grace au petit dessin (j'avoue, avec le livre déjà minuscule c'est pas évident, mais je peux vous dire qu'il s'agit d'un coléoptère. ;)

So here it is! As I told you I wanted to buy an YSL Ring, and I chose it in silver with this wonderful amber stone, I just thought it would look more modern and easier to wear as the usual golden ones. And I'm presenting you my favorite book as well, can you guess which one it is? (Even if the text is in german, maybe the little drawing helps a bit, for your information, it's a beetle;)

Sur mon dessin, Catherinette porte des cernes carrément grunge originaux de chez Maison Frey, une veste Isabel Marant, des chaussures Underground, des chaussettes American Apparel et une jupe Vintage. Sérieux.

Voici alors les premières photos du shooting que j'avais fait pour la styliste Cécile Dallançon pour sa collection finale d'ESMOD. Je suis toujours étonnée de voir que les gens aiment bien ressortir, comment dire, mon coté un peu "dark"...en fait c'est eux qui me l'expliquent comme ça. Alors ce coté dark, il me va bien? Moi, je préfère mon coté naturel en tout cas;) Faut dire quand même que les vêtements, spécialement la dernière jupe, étaient magnifiques.

So here are the first pictures from the shooting I did for Cécile Dallançon. This was her final collection for ESMOD and I really liked the outfits, especially the last combination. The skirt is amazing! But I have to say, I noticed that people like transforming me into this gothic kind of girl, and I'm not really convinced. What do you think? I really really prefer my natural side to be honest.

Devinez quoi, le thème de ce post est franchement difficile à saisir. (ouiiii.)

Alors, j'explique: En ce moment, je suis en mode "pyjama à l'école", autrement dit: non-foutisme total version grande classe. Pourquoi? Car je suis étudiante et que j'ai les examens bientôt, rohh, un peu de compréhension. On est excusée pendant les examens, ça veut dire: on a pas besoin de se maquiller, ni de mettre des fringues repassés, et la coiffure on en parle même pas. En fait on a le droit de se défouler en mettant les pièces les plus crades, trouées, tachées, déguelasses quoi. Et on a le droit d'avoir un bordel énorme, mais vraiment énorme, dans son appart.

Bon, après un certain moment, ça devient quand-même pénible, en commençant par ton entourage: "Dis, tu n'avais pas mis la même chemise hier? Et tes sous-vêtements au moins, tu les a changés? (là je suis censée de rire, selon l'état de fatigue ça va être entre un petit sourire méprisant genre "tu m'énerves" ou un fou rire total, bon.) Et d'ailleurs, tes cheveux sont si....longs. (là, on s'en fiche de l'état de fatigue, on sort les grand moyens: regard qui tue.) Mais j'adore!!" (Regard: je t'avais demandé ça? Car moi, j'aime pas.)

Donc, devinez quoi. J'en ai marre de ressembler à un zombi vivant, donc un petit tour chez le coiffeur s'annonce.

Question: on prend quelle variante? Voici un petit choix:

1) Le gros n'importe quoi sur la tête juste en plus court. (a seulement l'air bien s'il y a du vent, sinon j'ai l'air totalement conne.)

2) La coupe "casserole" avec laquelle j'ai fait désespérer ma mère. La dernière fois elle m'a sortie: "Mais au lieu de faire coupe numéro 3, j'ai tellement adoré l'autre. " Alors là, je ne comprends plus rien.

3)La coupe Justin Bieber meets....un homme dont John Galliano a....parlé récemment. Oui, croyez moi, j'ai entendu les deux versions. Pah, moi je l'adore cette coupe.

4) Le gros n'importe quoi numéro 2, alias: ce que j'ai sur la tête en ce moment. Plus aucune coupe, juste les cheveux plus longs. Bien évidemment, dans ce cas, ma mère adore. (J'ai déjà expliqué qu'elle adorait mes cheveux longs?)

Alors, c'est quoi la meilleure selon vous?

Et là, je vais me coucher, demain j'ai mon jury casual. Comme j'adore parler devant un jury. hah.

Okay, guess what? This is a very very serious post. Yes, it is.

Let me explain: at the moment, I'm a living zombie.

Yes I am, I even go to school in pyjamas. Okay, last season I even went to Fashion Week in my pyjama trousers, but that's an other story. (I really did, sadly enough. But everyone loved it, strangely enough.)

Back to the facts: My final exams are approaching big time, so as a serious student I'm totally excused. I'm allowed to wear no make-up, ironing my clothes: does not exist, and my hair...is a mess! In fact, during that period, I'm allowing myself to wear everything I wouldn't wear in yeaaaaars, like clothes with big holes, spots, and everything that goes with it. You get it. And we all have the right to have a big mess in our appartments without feeling guilty.

Quite cool at the beginning, but after a few weeks your environnement starts making comments such as: "Hey, didn't you wear the same shirt yesterday? And your underwear at least, did you change it? (depending on the state of lassitude, you're either barely laughing with that "leave me alone"-look, or you just start laughing for hours.) And look at your hair, it's so....long. ( here, in every case: "don't continue that sentence or I'll kill you with my eyes. I swear."-look)....but I like it sooo much, you should let your hair grow!!! ("hello? did I ask you? No? That's what I thought"-look.)

So now you probably understood what I'm aiming for, and if not I'll make it short: I need to do something with my hair. (and maybe start ironing my stuff again.)

So the big question is, which haircut. Here are some examples:

1) the big mess number 1. Only looks good if it's windy outside, otherwise I'm looking like an idiot.

2) the "casserole" haircut. Btw, "casserole" means jar in french. No further explanation needed, my mum always hated that haircut. I swear, she was desperate, and while I was having haircut number 3, she once told me: "hey, I loved your "coupe casserole" so much, that looked so nice." I still don't get it.

3) The "Justin Bieber meets a certain man John Galliano recently talked about" haircut. I swear, I've heard both, and I'm not even kidding. Anyway, I loved that haircut!
4) Thebig mess number 2: in fact, no haircut at all, means: longer hair. My mum likes that one. Oh wait, did I mention that she loved my long hair?

So, since this is a really really serious matter, what should I do?

(I hope everyone got that I'm totally (not) serious right now.)

And now I'm off to bed, tomorrow we'll have our casual collection jury. Oh, how I missed talking in front of people. Hah.

J'ai trouvé ces images hier en m'ennuyant devant mon ordi .(J'étais vraiment, mais vraiment productive concernant mon travail. Vous voyez, une heure de pause, 10 minutes de travail. Et puis on commence même à nettoyer son appart.)

Mais comme ces dessins sont magnifiques! En les regardant, j'ai vraiment envie de recommencer la peinture...mais maintenant, je vais faire un petit tour de shopping! (le shopping, ça se mérite. Et comme je viens de vous dire j'ai franchement beaucoup travaillé hier...sans blague.)

How amazing are those drawings? They totally blew my mind!! How incredible is this first portrait? I seriously have to start painting again...but now I'm off for a bit of shopping:) ( Since I worked so hard yesterday I truly deserve it....no kidding.)

Preppy Week Part 2.

Si je me souviens bien (oui, je me souviens bien en fait, faut juste regarder mon historique, en effet.) je vous avais promis la deuxième partie de mon shooting que j'avais fait pour grazia.it, et regardez j'ai même piqué leur layout car le titre en italien ça fait vachement bien. Franchement, pourquoi j'ai pas appris l'italien? Sachant que ma grand-mère était italienne? Quelle injustice. (Ce n'est pas comme si 4 langues seraient assez!)

Bon, revenons au thème. Inutile de préciser qu'il s'agissait d'un shooting "preppy", je pense que là c'est plutôt clair;) Alors pour tout ceux qui n'ont pas regardé sur le site grazia et pour ceux qui ne parlent pas l'italien (on avait constaté: comme moi.) : Je porte un pantalon Zara, des chaussures Underground, un cardigan et un petit haut COS, un sac vintage et je ne porte PAS mes bijoux standards. Faut bien le souligner et se faire une petite note dans le calendrier, ça n'arrive quasiment jamais, moment mémorable les gens! Alors, cette voici j'étais hyper créative et j'ai mise ma deuxième montre "presque standard" Casio, des bracelets Corpus Christi et vintage. Et puis il y a les grenouilles que ma mère m'apporte de ses vacances à Ascona, j'ai toute une collection. (Elles ont un effet de fou sur les gens, aucune idée pourquoi!) Et encore une petite anecdote plus ou moins intéressante, ma bague vient du concert La Roux et pour les 5 euros que j'ai payé, elle tient le coup!! Non, franchement elle est indestructible.

Avec ceci, je vous laisse, du boulot m'attend! (autre anectdote plus ou moins intéressante, non en fait pas intéressante du tout, mais bon: à ESMOD, on ne dort pas. Si je croise des personnes sur facebook à 5 heures du matin elles sont a) bourrées ou b) des étudiants ESMOD. Et non, je ne suis pas en train de me plaindre....je constate.)

As far as I remember (okay I do remember since it's in my archives right here) I promised you the second part of my shooting for grazia.it. (look! I even had to steal their layout in a screenshot since the italian titel sounds just much cooler than my english one:) Thinking about that, I seriously have to talk to my mum why I didn't learn italian, hey my grandma was italian. Unfair. (4 languages are not enough - does luxembourgish count as a language?...okay that's a different discussion!:)

Well here we are now. I guess I don't have to tell you that the theme was "preppy", I guess everyone got it ;) For everyone who didn't check out the site yet or who doesn't speak italian (as seen before, me included): I'm wearing Zara Pants, Underground Shoes, COS shirt an blazer, a vintage bag and NOT my standart jewels. Ah, it feels good to say that for once. The little frogs are from Ascona, Switzerland. My mum brings me one each time she's there, here are my 3 favorite ones!(everyone loves them, it's crazy!) So now you know the very interesting story of my frogs. Want another one? My bracelets are Corpus Christi and Vintage, the watch is Casio ( I don't see a story in there but okay:), as for the ring it's La Roux merch I got from her gig here in paris. 5 euros but the best ring ever, undestructible! Every item has a story, I could talk for hours. The fact that I'm a girl doesn't make things better I guess:)

And now I'm going back to work. Another quick story: As an ESMOD student, sleep does not exist. That's a fact. If I see people on facebook at 5 A.M they are a) totally drunk or b) ESMOD students. And no, I'm not complaining....just sayin'.)

Un petit Coucou de Luxembourg, où j'ai décidé de rester à la maison, histoire de relaxer un peu avant les examens! Le fait que j'ai été malade a conforté mon choix de ne pas sortir de la maison, pour une fois que j'ai une excuse valable, j'en profite à fond! :)

Je porte un cardigan de chez Sandro, un t-shirt et un pendentif Cheap Monday, un pantalon American Apparel, enfin (!!) des chaussures d'été Minimarket, mes bijoux standart et finalement du vernis à ongles O.P.I "Black Shattered".

C'est enfin la preppy-week chez grazia.it ! Alors, ça faisait longtemps que j'ai attendu pour vous pouvoir montrer mon premier look que j'ai shooté pour le site, et voilà on y est enfin. J'ai adoré le thème qu'ils m'ont donné, ça colle vraiment dans mon style de vêtements et j'étais heureux de pouvoir "utiliser" des looks que je porte aussi dans ma vie de tout les jours, bien évidemment sans talons;)

Alors voici le premier look: Je porte une veste Kooples, un short Ralph Lauren, des chaussettes H&M, des chaussures Underground, une ceinture vintage, un sac Balenciaga, et imaginez-vous: des bijoux de Hermès et Vintage.....eeeet une bague Maison Martin Margiela.(Alors là, quel changement, je fais des progrès:)

It's preppy week at grazia.it ! Here's finally the one of the two looks I shooted for them. I'm so happy they chose me for their preppy week, couldn't love a theme more than this one! I was so happy to be able to chose clothes I regulary wear, and guess what? That's surely the reason why there are no heels!;)

Voici finalement quelques images de mon shoot que j'avais fait avec Agata pour Vogue Girl Korea il y a quelques semaines. Le thème était vintage et qu'est-ce qu'on apprend? Ne jamais jeter des vêtements!! J'ai retrouvé ce vieux sweat vintage et le short, et même mes chaussures qui ont déjà survécu à ma mère 2 fois: vous devez savoir, ma mère adore "ranger" mes vêtements....on se comprend, "ranger" veut dire "liquidation totale!" Soit, ce look est alors total vintage, sauf pour mes bijoux qui sont Hermès (comme toujours, je suis trop paresseuse pour les enlever!) et la bague était celle de ma tante. Je l'adore cette bague, vous savez un de ces trésors qu'on met jamais car on a peur de le perdre ou casser? Voila je me suis dit que pour une fois, ça pourrait aller;)...et puis elle a bien survécu comme vous pouvez voir!

Et pour tout mes lecteurs bien-aimés: Je suis désolée, blogger avait un gros problème ces derniers jours en plus l'école me tue. Vous voyez, là on est en mode "dernière ligne droite", sachant les profs disent toujours que ce serait la dernière ligne droite, mais là on y est vraiment. (j'essaye de le croire au moins:) Je fais de mon mieux!

So here are finally some pictures of my shooting for Vogue Girl Korea I did a few weeks ago. Maybe you noticed it, the theme was vintage and I was sooo happy that I'm actually not able to throw clothes away! I found this amazing sweater in my closet and even the shorts were hiding among my skirts; and by miracle both were vintage. I thought this would be a funny spring look, I like mixing patterns a lot. As for the shoes, I was lucky aswell, I got them years ago in London, it's a special Edition by Luella, and my mum tried to throw them away already 1000 times, but they escaped every time! Here in Paris I finally have my own closet so they are safe now;) Jewellery is Hermès as usual (since I'm too lazy to take these beauties off) and I'm wearing my aunts old ring, one of my treasures! You know, objects you never wear because you're always afraid to lose or break them...well here's one of them.

And I have to apologize to all my dear readers and followers: Blogger was down the last days so it was impossible to post, plus school is very very stressing at the moment since we're working on our last collection. I'm trying my best to do posts regulary, promise!

Alors il y a un truc qui cloche sur cette photo: je porte des talons! Qu'est-ce qui se passe??...En fait c'était juste moi en mode "girly" alors le resultat pour une petite soirée était ça. Et j'apprends quoi? Un tout petit peu plus tard en ville. j'ai que désiré un truc: mes winklepickers! (Car il y a rien de mieux!) Et on apprend quoi encore Anne-Catherine?...Que je ne suis tout simplement pas une fille-a-talons. Oui, je les appelle comme ça! (Vous voyez, en secret je les admire!)

Alors je portais: Une veste Kooples, Une robe H&M (ohh le petit noeud au dos!!), des anciennes bottes Zara et un sac Chanel.

OMG ! I'm wearing heels, whats going on?...I was actually going to a friends place and thought: why not look a bit more girly tonight? there you have the result! (hope you like it, it looks so different on me!) ...Later that night, I prayed for some winklepickers. What did I learn: I will never be a "high-heel-woman" ! (And yes, I gave them that name, I actually admire them:)

Anyway, I'm wearing: The Kooples blazer, H&M dress (aww look at that little bow!), old old old Zara ankleboots and a Chanel bag.

Voici la première petite série que j'ai shooté avec Agata il y a deux semaines, et je vous avoue: j'ai aucune idée pourquoi j'ai ces papiers gelatines autour de moi, mais je sens que c'était le délire typique qu'on a en cas d'extrème fatigue vers la fin du shooting...au moment ou le maquillage a déjà pris la fuite 2 fois, les cheveux sont tellement nuls que il faut mettre le chapeau obligatoire et .... soit, on a déconné un peu et ça se voit!! Mais en voyant le résultat, je me dis que c'est bien, ce sacré papier gelatine! ( et si on se ferait une petite robe avec ceci?)

Okay I have to admit: I have no clue why I had this gelatine paper around my actual outfit, but I think it's the same typical thing that always happens: By the end of a looong day of shooting, you tend to do....silly things, like this. You know, your make-up is history, you have to wear a hat because your hair is a huge mess, and you start laughing because you're just too tired. This might have been a silly idea, but I have to admit: I love this gelatine paper! (I wish I could make a dress out of it!)

Voici les détails du shooting que j'avais le weekend avec Agata, le thème était vintage (on le voit,non??:). J'aimerais trop poster le reste du shooting en plus, mais il faut patienter encore un peu car le shooting est pour un magazine qui n'est pas encore sorti, je préfère donc attendre. Mais le reste va venir directement après la publication, promis:) J'aime le calme de cette image, surtout après ma première journée de retour à l'école après mon stage. C'est bizarre d'y aller, même si j'étais absente qu'un mois. J'éspère que vous appréciez ce petit avant-goût, tout en attendant les autres images de mon shooting précédent avec Agata!

Je porte une blouse vintage, des shorts The Kooples, une ancienne ceinture Louis Vuitton de ma mère et des bijoux Corpus Christi et Vintage.

I had a little shooting with Agata this weekend with the theme "vintage", and this are the details I wore. I can't show you much more for the moment, I have to wait a bit more (since the photos are for a magazine) but I thought this would be a nice close-up, cheers me up after a looong first day of school after one month of internship. Strange to come back to school after only one month! I will post the rest of the shooting as soon as possible :)

Elle vient juste de me donner le meilleur titre pour un post : food coma. Pourquoi? J'étais en train de chercher un titre, j'ai vu la première photo, j'ai lu son message et voilà, ça colle. Pourquoi encore? Car les glaces de chez Ladurée sont beaucoup trop bonnes, à part d'être beaucoup trop chères, naturellement. Et c'est tellement le cliché que j'arrêtais pas d'en manger, que c'est futile, mais bon j'adore ça comme vous savez. Autre truc totalement futile que j'ai remarqué: au Luxembourg, je n'arrête pas de porter du beige. Même les photos, tout est beige au Luxembourg. Même la glace. Donc je me suis bien souvent baladée avec mon ancien Polaroid (il me reste que 7 photos, snif.), et au lieu de prendre des photos de mon humble personne, j'ai pris en photo mes inspirations. De toute façon je suis bien trop souvent sur mon propre blog, non?

Et puisque là, je suis à fond dans les clichés (oui, la nostalgie!), voici le dernier: Un grand grand merci à tout ces Pete's, tout ces chocolats piqués, toutes ces Elle's (une personne a 3 noms. bizarre.), toutes ces Emilias super super belles comme toujours, et aux Carolyn's bien sympas. Je crois que c'est un miracle qu'on s'est revu au même endroit, au même pays. Car avec Pete, ce n'est pas évident, surtout si on sait qu'elle adore bouger, et Pete: prend Pete comme compliment, tu sais que je l'adore ce mec.

Elle just gave me the best blog post title ever. I had to publish it immediately with my own personal food coma from Luxembourg: Ladurée ice-cream. I know, how terribly cliché but...soooo good. Incredibly random, right? I love random facts, here's another one: Strangely enough, when I'm in Luxembourg, I keep wearing beige. everything is beige in Luxembourg, these pictures are the proof (minus the one I stole from Emilia because she looks perfect in it!) I walked around with my polaroid a lot while I was there, instead of taking pictures of myself, I took pictures of my own personal inspirations. I'm way too often on my own blog anyway, no?

And now: the ultimate cliché! To all the Pete's, the stolen chocolate's, the Elle's, (=one and the same person in fact), the wonderful cute Emilia's and the very kind Carolyn's: it was lovely to see you all, especially in the same country. This may sounds weird, but Pete doesn't like being in the same country for a certain time, even sitting down is a HUGE challenge sometimes.And: take Pete as a compliment, you know I love this guy.
